All the students are provided with numerous facilities and services by the Faculty Office from the day the students enter the Faculty to the day of their graduation. The objective of these services is to motivate the students to fulfill their aspirations by developing their knowledge, skills and attitudes within the given time frame.

The services to be provided are as followers.

  • Student registration at level 1
  • Renewal of registration annually
  • Registration for Course Modules
  • Registration of the students for the LMS (Learning Management System)
  • Selection of the students for different Degree programmes, on the basis of their first and second year results
  • Registration for the examinations
  • Registration for the repeat examination
  • Issuing admission cards
  • Issuing student confirmation letters
  • Issuing recommendations of the students to the relevant banks for getting loans to buy laptop computers
  • Providing opportunities for the students to get their results re-scrutinized soon after issuing of results
  • Maintaining personal files for each and every students
  • Issuing temporary certificates at the requests of the students
  • Setting up the Faculty Student Union
  • Helping the student welfare activities
  • Helping the students for their extracurricular activities
  • Processing the students appeals
