Prof (Mrs) G.A.K.S. Perera was awarded the most outstanding senior researcher of WUSL and Faculty of Applied Sciences for the year 2019. Prof. K.P. Vidanapathirana was awarded with commendation certificate under the most outstanding senior researcher category for the year 2019. They won two certificates for the research publications in indexed journals during the years 2017, 2018 and 2019.
