Applications for the above registration can be downloaded from the Faculty website and required to deposit an registration fee (Rs.150/=) to Bank of Ceylon, Kuliyapitiya – A/C No. 0001473508 and scanned copy of the filled application form & deposit slip should be emailed to rappliedsciences@gmail.com on or before 23.02.2021. (Please note that, payments made to Cash Deposit Machines will not be considered. You must make the payment to the bank counter. You must state your name and the registration number in the deposit slip, before making the deposit.)
Hard copies of the filled applications & payment slips should be handed over to the Faculty Office when examination admission cards are collected.
