To : All Proper & Repeat Students of the Faculty of Applied Sciences
- It is hereby informed that all students who were unable to register for the above Examination before closure of the University due to the Covid Pandemic are required to register for the Semester I Examination of the Academic Year 2018/2019.
- For the Proper Candidates
Application forms can be downloaded from Faculty website and scanned copy of the filled application form should be sent via email to rappliedsciences@gmail.com on or before 05.02.2021.
- For the Repeat Candidates
Application forms can be downloaded from Faculty website and required to deposit an examination fee (Rs.20/= per one repeat subject) to Bank of Ceylon, Kuliyapitiya – A/C No. 0001473508 and scanned copy of the filled application form & deposit slip should be emailed to rappliedsciences@gmail.com on or before 05.02.2021. (Please note that, payments made to Cash Deposit Machines will not be considered. You must make the payment to the bank counter. You must state your name and the registration number in the deposit slip, before making the deposit.)
- Hard copies of the filled applications & payment slips should be posted to the following address.
