This is to information you that the application forms for the above examination can be downloaded from Faculty website and scanned copy of the filled application form should be sent via email to rappliedsciences@gmail.com on or before 19.02.2021.
For the Repeat Candidates
This is to information you that the application forms for the above examinations can be downloaded from Faculty website and required to deposit an examination fee (Rs.20/= per one repeat subject) to Bank of Ceylon, Kuliyapitiya – A/C No. 0001473508 and scanned copy of the filled application form & deposit slip should be emailed to rappliedsciences@gmail.com on or before 19.02.2021.
(Please note that, payments made to Cash Deposit Machines will not be considered. You must make the payment to the bank counter. You must state your name and the registration number in the deposit slip, before making the deposit.)
You are requested to attach separate request letter if you are repeating the said papers for the consecutive third or fourth sitting for the approval of the Faculty Board and the Senate.
