  • Developing a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system that is capable of detecting and reading multiple national livestock intelligent system (NLIS) tags for Australian dairy farms at varying distances.

IC designer, M2Micro, Greensboro, NC (May 2011 – Aug. 2011)

  • Designed communication transceiver system components including Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), Mixer, voltage controlled oscillator, and low pass filter using TSMC 0.18μm RF process.
  • Designed applications include meter reading and tire pressure measurement systems.

Electrical Engineer, Tandon Lanka (Pvt) Ltd., Sri Lanka (Oct. 2005 – Dec. 2006)

  • Designed software to transfer information on SDRAM from memory module and Flash memory data transfer from one location to another using TCP/IP Protocol using C++.
  • Assisted and trouble shoot networking problems in different locations.

Java developer, Netjets Inc, Columbus, OH (June 2005 – Aug. 2005)

  • Developed a web portal called sell-o-meter enhancement using Jakarta Struts. Written various custom struts tags to handle data formatting and text inputs. The sell-off flight information was extracted from the Oracle 9i database using JDBC.
  • Converted a web client called 90 day Demand Calendar written in ASP to JSP using Java Beans. Application was designed using Model View Controller (MVC) pattern.
